As the public face of the organization the sales associate is responsible for dealing with any and all clients’ questions to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services and recommend the right solutions. A sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company services, and policies.
Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Sales associate should be able to promptly resolve clients’ complaints and ensure maximum clients’ satisfaction, while adhering to company policies.
Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the organizations’ sales goals.
